How we work together

Three ways to do this. One of them costs you nothing up front.

I do not sell packages, because businesses are not packages. What we agree depends on how deep you want me in and how much room there is to grow. Here is the honest version of all three.

A handshake across the counter of a small business
The three shapes

Pick the one that matches how much you want me involved.

One time

A defined piece of work with a start and an end. A site, a funnel, an ad account rebuild, an audit with a plan you can run yourself. Fixed price, agreed before anything starts.

Best when you know what you need and want it done properly once.

Monthly

I am part of your business on an ongoing basis. Ads, SEO, email, automation, the site, and the thinking behind all of it. The scope flexes with what the numbers say needs attention.

Best when you want the growth handled rather than managed.

Paid on performance

Little or nothing up front. I take a share of the growth we create together. It is the arrangement I want most, and the one I am most selective about, because I am betting my own time on the outcome.

Best when there is real headroom and we both believe it.

If I win, it is because you won first. That is the whole idea behind the third one.

Being straight with you

Most people will not be on performance, and that is fine.

I would love to say yes to everyone on a share of growth. I cannot, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something.

01

It has to be measurable

If we cannot both see clearly what changed and agree that it was the work, a performance deal turns into an argument later. Some businesses simply are not instrumented for it yet, and fixing that comes first.

02

There has to be real headroom

A share of a business that is already at its ceiling is worth nothing to me and costs you upside for no reason. You would be better off paying a fee.

03

You have to be able to take the growth

If I triple your leads and you cannot answer the phone, I have made your life worse. Sometimes the first work is capacity, not demand.

04

We have to actually get on

This arrangement means a lot of contact. If it is not a good fit personally, a clean fee is better for both of us.

The monthly website care plan, and what is in it

Every build can carry one, and most do. This is the unglamorous part that decides whether a site is still working in three years.

What the care plan covers

Hosting, the domain and SSL, uptime monitoring, backups, small content edits, and the security and dependency work that a hand-coded site needs far less of than a WordPress one. Plus your editing portal, so most changes you would otherwise be paying for you simply make yourself.

Website maintenance services, priced honestly

One monthly fee, no tickets, no hourly billing for a paragraph change, and no annual price rise because a platform put its own prices up. If a month goes by and we did nothing for you, we will say so rather than invent a report.

What sits on top of it

Marketing is separate and optional: local SEO, ads, an AI agent on the phone, or the automation behind the follow-up. The care plan keeps the site alive. Those are what make it earn.

Is this affordable web design?

For a small business in Palm Beach County, yes, and we will be direct about why: there is no agency floor to cover, so the same work costs less here than downtown. What we are not is the cheapest. If the budget is a few hundred dollars all in, we will point you at the right option for that rather than sell you a thinner version of this one.

And if none of it fits

I will tell you, and point you somewhere good.

If all you need is a simple website or basic monthly maintenance, I know teams who will look after you well for a few hundred a month. I take no cut for sending you there. I would rather give you a straight answer than take work I am not the right person for.

Let's work out which one this is.

Thirty minutes. We can talk about money at the end, once we both know whether there is anything worth doing.
